Yoga for Runners to Benefit The Wounded Warrior Project

My wonderful friend Missy Kerner, owner of Body Balance Studio, is putting on this class to help with my fundraising efforts for The Wounded Warrior Project. Dr. Adam Wilding, of Commonwealth Family Chiropractic, will also do an injury prevention talk.
