Wednesday, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 - Williamsburg - Colonial Road Runners weekly interval workout, 5:30 p.m. start (start time continues at 5:30 p.m. until the end of October), Walsingham Academy track. Speed workout of up to 4 miles worth of repeats, each repeat starting and finishing on the Walsingham track. Surface is mostly grass athletic fields, or crushed gravel running path, before finishing on the track, or entirely on the track (if grounds are excessively wet).
